What should I pay attention to before setting up HeloRobo?
You must have a verified Facebook Business Manager account. If you don’t have a verified Meta Business account, you can learn how to verify it by clicking this link.
Your number should not be registered on WhatsApp. If your WhatsApp account is active, you need to delete it.
If you have previously used WhatsApp Business API, make sure your account has been removed from the other platform.
Can I use WhatsApp Business API with my own number?
Yes, you can use it. However, since you’ll need to delete your active WhatsApp account, your messages will be deleted as well. To transfer your messages to HeloRobo without losing them, you need to back them up first.
How can I transfer my old messages to HeloRobo?
First, you need to back up your messages. You can find information on how to back them up from this link. Then, by sending the backup data to HeloRobo via email, you will complete the transfer process.

Does HeloRobo have a mobile app?
Yes, we are constantly improving the mobile application. But the first version only allows users to see and write text messages. All functions will be developed by the end of the year.
Can I send a welcome message when I receive a message outside office hours?
Yes, specially prepared messages are sent out of office hours.
How can I use my messaging channels for marketing?
With WhatsApp Message Template feature, you can send bulk WhatsApp messages. In this way, you can announce your campaign to millions. Don't forget that if you get too many spam reports, your number will be blocked!
What is the WhatsApp Message Template feature?
With this feature, you can send bulk WhatsApp messages with customisable, call-to-action buttons, images and documents. You can make marketing and announcements on WhatsApp with 95% open rate and more efficient messages.
How can I sell with HeloRobo?
With HeloRobo you can display your products on the HeloRobo panel. By dragging and dropping, you can share your products with your customers in chat. You can even make sales.
How will my customers make the payment?
After completing all your transactions in HeloRobo, a link to the payment page of your automatic store is sent to your customer. Your customer clicks on the link, makes the payment and the order is received.
Can I see my products on HeloRobo?
Yes, thanks to the integration with Shopify, your products will be automatically displayed on the HeloRobo panel.
How do I keep track of inventory in HeloRobo?
Your inventories are automatically synchronised with the Shopify Store. This way, you can continue to manage your inventories from Shopify without having to make any additional settings on the HeloRobo panel.
Can I find products on HeloRobo by filtering or searching?
Yes. Your product categories in Shopify are automatically displayed in HeloRobo. You can easily find your products by searching by these categories or by searching about the product.
How many agents can use HeloRobo?
You can use HeloRobo with unlimited agents.
Do I manage social media comments?
Yes, you can reply to comments on your connected Facebook and Instagram accounts. You can even send special automatic replies to your customers who comment on your Instagram posts. In this way, no comment is overlooked and you have the opportunity to turn every comment into a sale.
Which reports can I access about my store?
With HeloRobo reporting feature, you can access detailed information about message channels, messaging, sales, customers, operator performances and customer feedback.
Which languages are supported?
English, French, Turkish and Arabic languages are available for now. We continue to improve our language support.

What happens if I exceed 1000 WhatsApp conversations?
After the 1000th conversation, you will not be able to send and receive messages on WhatsApp until the end of the 30-day cycle.
Is there a message limit in Conversations?
No, you can send unlimited messages for 24 hours.
Can I delete my messages?
No, no message is deleted. But you can archive them.
What does it mean to start a conversation?
Starting a conversation means to start messaging with the customer. There are two different ways to start a conversation. The customer texting and you texting. In both cases, communication is initiated and the 24-hour messaging period starts. This is considered a conversation.
Is there a difference between WhatsApp, Instagram DM and Facebook Messenger conversations?
Yes, you can. You can start unlimited conversations on Instagram DM and Facebook Messenger. However, there is a limit of 1000 conversations in WhatsApp.

Can I continue to use the number I used after cancelling my HeloRobo membership?
Yes, you can continue to use your phone number after the cancellation process.
When can I start using my WhatsApp number after I terminate my HeloRobo membership?
We'll remove your WhatsApp number from HeloRobo immediately.
Can I get my message backups after cancelling my HeloRobo membership?
Yes, we can print out your message history if you request.
What kind of process awaits me when I want to terminate HeloRobo services?
You can terminate your membership without any problems. We realise your requests on issues such as number closure, channel closure, suspension account transfer, obtaining message printouts as soon as possible.
What is WhatsApp green tick, how do I get it?
Green Tik means a business approved by WhatsApp. It allows your customers to trust you. We carry out the steps for you to get Green Tik in line with your request.
